Why us
We work on Viking every day, stock the parts that commonly fail, and name the price before we start.
Grills are one of the units we open most. Our techs know the failure patterns before the grates are out.
Burner tubes and igniters, spark modules, gas valves and regulators, heat plates, rotisserie motors and thermometers ride with the technician.
The technician diagnoses on site and gives you a firm price. You decide before any work begins.
Parts and labor, in writing. If the same fault comes back inside the window, we return at no charge.
Call before noon and we'll do our best to be there today, weekends included.
A 54 inch built-in grill comes out of the island and goes back without chipping the stone or the cabinet face.

Common faults
An outdoor grill lives in the weather. Nearly every call is corrosion on the ignition, a burner that has rusted through, or gas that is not reaching it.
The electrode or the spark module has corroded, or the burner ports are blocked with grease and insects. Most of these are a cleaning and one part.
A burner tube has rusted through, or the heat plates above it have collapsed. One side sears and the other stays cool.
The regulator has gone into bypass after the tank valve was opened too fast, or it has simply aged out. Every burner drops together.
The motor or its switch has failed, or the spit is loaded past what the motor can carry. Outdoor motors also take on water.
Spiders and mud daubers block the venturi tubes, so the burner runs rich. This is the most common seasonal fault on outdoor grills.
That burner has its own valve and igniter, and both sit where water collects. The main burners keep working normally.
A valve stem seal or a fitting has dried out. We shut the supply off, find the joint with solution and replace the seal or the valve.
Heat plates and grates are wear parts on an outdoor grill. We replace what is gone and tell you what is still good.

Questions
Answered by our dispatch team.
Usually the electrode or the module, and often just corrosion. We test the spark and the gas separately before quoting.
A rusted burner tube or collapsed heat plates. Both are stocked parts on common Viking grills.
Yes. We pull the unit out and put it back without chipping the stone or the surround.
Most visits are finished in one trip, usually under two hours. If a part has to be ordered we set the return date before we leave.
Yes, original parts wherever they are available. If a part is discontinued we tell you what the alternative is before we fit it.
It means the burner is running rich, usually from blocked venturi tubes. Stop using it and let us clean it out.
Turn the gas off at the tank or the shutoff and clear the space around the grill. Have the model number handy if you can find it.
